As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade collaboration devices and platforms across Windows and Android environments. You will ensure services are secure, reliable, and scalable for global users, troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and drive automation to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will play a key role in deploying modern device management solutions, managing endpoints, and leading projects focused on device lifecycle, security hardening, and operational improvements.
Responsibilities
Architect, configure, and maintain enterprise collaboration devices and Windows-based infrastructure.
Deploy and manage modern endpoint management solutions, including device provisioning and lifecycle administration.
Implement automation using scripting and cloud services to streamline configuration, monitoring, and remediation processes.
Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Lead projects focused on device lifecycle management, Zero Trust security migration, and Windows security hardening.
Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues across Windows and Android endpoints.
