Qualifications and Job Duties: Experience in Site Preparation.  Physical Labor: Digging, lifting, loading and unloading materials, clearing debris, and assisting with heavy equipment operation. Material Handling: Transporting and handling materials, including asphalt, concrete and other construction materials. Assisting with various construction tasks, such as paving, grading and other site work. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality.
