Senior Technical Consultant - BMC ITSM IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM) Role details Job code: KTPL112TA2025 Location: Mumbai Work mode: Client site Experience: 5 to 9 years Employment type: Full time Openings: 4 About the role You will customize and extend the BMC ITSM suite for enterprise clients. That means building DWPC catalogs, integrating BMC with third-party tools, and taking each requirement from the first client conversation through to a signed-off delivery. What you will do Customize and extend modules across the complete BMC ITSM suite Design and build DWPC catalogs, including the DWPC Enhanced Catalogue Integrate BMC with third-party products using REST APIs, SOAP web services and the Email Engine Configure and support Smart IT and Smart Reporting Gather requirements directly with the client and advise them on the right approach Get requirements signed off before the build starts, and track new asks that come up along the way Write the technical documentation and demo each delivered requirement to the client Deliver on the agreed timelines What you need Hands-on customization experience across the complete BMC ITSM suite Working experience with DWPC Enhanced Catalogue, Smart IT and Smart Reporting Good to have Integration work between BMC and third-party products using REST APIs, SOAP web services or the Email Engine Building DWPC catalogs from scratch Tools you will work with BMC ITSM Suite, DWPC, Smart IT, Smart Reporting, REST and SOAP APIs Qualification BE, BTech, MCA, BSc or BCA in any IT or computer science stream, or equivalent experience.
