Brief Description: The Senior Technical Project Manager has overall responsibility for project delivery throughout the life cycle (initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing). The role's focus is on delivering successful projects within the approved scope, time and cost, accompanied by highly satisfied customers and project team members. This is accomplished by effectively managing resources across the enterprise and employing project management best practices with respect to people, processes and tools. Responsibiliti es: Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring objectives are achieved across scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk, communications, procurement, and stakeholder management. Lead project planning and execution by validating business requirements, defining project scope, developing schedules, establishing resource plans, and assigning team responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, and time and expense management to ensure effective resource utilization and achievement of business objectives. Partner with customers, sponsors, and business stakeholders to establish governance frameworks, align project objectives, manage expectations, and provide clear executive-level reporting and communications. Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating concerns as needed to maintain project momentum and customer confidence. Drive project governance, compliance, and delivery assurance by maintaining project plans, status reports, documentation, lessons learned, and governance artifacts in accordance with PMO standards and best practices. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver project outcomes while fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution.
