Who are we looking for? We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with excellent customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in specialty chemicals or related industries, a passion for solving complex technical challenges, and the ability to support customers with innovative solutions that drive business growth. What will you be doing? Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to key customers, including troubleshooting, product recommendations, and application guidance. Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our product portfolio and its applications in customer processes. Field Visits: Conduct on-site visits to support product trials, installations, and performance evaluations. Problem Solving: Diagnose technical issues and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to deliver solutions. Training & Education: Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
