The Senior Vice President - Development plays a key role in managing the end-to-end development process of multiple projects at differing stages of the lifecycle. These are primarily build-to-sell residential developments but also include offices and retail. Part of the portfolio are standalone buildings and part are master plans where AGD will develop. The role spans feasibility and business planning, product definition, design management, sales launch, construction and completion.
