There is no fixed minimum number of in-office days; instead, attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance. Any changes to your primary work location should follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.    What You'll Do:   As the  Senior Vice President, Software Engineering , you will be a key member of Ministry Brands' technology leadership team, responsible for the strategy, execution, and organizational effectiveness of our software engineering organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead multiple engineering teams and leaders responsible for building, enhancing, and operating products that serve thousands of churches and ministries.  You will help shape the future of our technology platforms, architecture, engineering practices, and development organization. You will balance technical excellence with business outcomes, ensuring our teams can innovate quickly while delivering secure, reliable, scalable, and high-quality software to our customers.    Key Responsibilities:     Engineering Strategy & Leadership   Provide strategic direction and executive leadership for the software engineering organization, aligning engineering strategy with company objectives, product strategy, and customer needs.  Partner with the CTO and executive leadership to define and execute the company's technology strategy and long-term engineering roadmap.  Establish a global engineering operating model that enables high-performing teams to move quickly, collaborate effectively, and deliver predictable results.  Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.  Execution & Delivery   Oversee the successful delivery of software initiatives from conception through deployment, ensuring appropriate quality, scope, budget, and timeline management.  Evolve the SDLC for AI-led development, enabling teams to increase speed and productivity while maintaining code quality, security, and…
