You will serve food and beverages in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner while maintaining high standards of customer service, sanitation, and hospitality. This role helps create a welcoming dining experience that meets and exceeds resident and guest expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Set tables and maintain assigned workstations in a clean, organized, and orderly manner. • Take food and beverage orders and provide prompt, courteous service to residents and guests. • Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently. • Clear dishes during and after meal service and reset tables for the next seating. • Answer resident and guest questions regarding menu items and dining options. • Assist with plating and portioning of appetizers, salads, soups, beverages, and desserts as needed. • Maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality for residents and their guests. • Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner. • Anticipate resident and guest needs and respond promptly to requests. • Report concerns, service issues, or resident complaints to the Dining Room Manager. • Maintain safe and sanitary conditions in all work areas in accordance with food safety regulations and department standards. • Maintain personal hygiene standards and comply with department dress code requirements. • Complete assigned cleaning and side-work duties. • Perform opening and closing duties, including vacuuming, refilling…
