Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance • Perform annual and semi-annual generator maintenance visits • Complete inspections, oil changes, filter replacements, battery testing, and operational checks • Identify potential issues before they become service failures • Document maintenance findings and recommendations Service & Repair • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, fuel, and control system issues • Troubleshoot generator failures and performance concerns • Complete repairs on residential and light commercial standby generators • Test the equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation Customer Experience • Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service visits • Explain findings and repair recommendations in a clear, customer-friendly manner • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a best-in-class service experience Administrative Responsibilities • Accurately complete service tickets, inspection reports, and required documentation in Service Titan • Utilize company software and mobile applications to manage work orders • Maintain inventory levels and vehicle stock • Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding scheduling, parts needs, and customer follow-up Requirements Required Qualifications • 3 + years of experience in generator service, electrical work, mechanical repair, HVAC, diesel, automotive, or related technical field • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Comfortable…
