Responsibilities
Mission Linen Supply has immediate opportunities for Service Management Trainees in state-of-the-art operating plants in California and Arizona. You'll learn to lead a team of drivers (Route Sales and Service Representatives, or RSSRs), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction and pushing the team to achieve operational goals.
Previous industry experience is not required . We're looking for 3–5 years of management experience, excellent customer service skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to provide effective leadership.

Compensation
Base salary: $70,304–$80,000, depending on experience; based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment

Qualifications
The Opportunity
Our 30-week training program combines rotations across departments with the support of senior management. Once you complete the program, you'll be promoted to a management position leading your own route sales and service team.
Relocation requirement: all candidates must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage their own team within the first 3 years of the career to qualify for the program.
Duties & Responsibilities
Complete a 30-week training program combining rotations through various departments to identify the area that best matches your interests, skills, and abilities
Work alongside senior management, complete progress reports, and participate in company-sponsored management development workshops
Learn the day-to-day life of our managers and all aspects of our business
Upon completion, be promoted to a management position leading your own team
Learn to direct efforts that maximize new business accounts, deepen penetration of existing accounts, and own account retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a management role (required)
Willingness to relocate during or after training to manage your own team within the first 3 years (required)
