Your Responsibilities Build and establish the Service Department — defining strategy, processes, structures, and tools from the ground up Deliver technical customer support, both remote and on-site, across our portfolio of RF systems Coordinate maintenance, repair, and field service operations to ensure maximum system availability Develop, implement, and continuously improve SLAs, ticketing systems, and service processes Manage spare parts, inventory, and service logistics to support efficient operations Conduct technical training sessions and customer workshops, both in Switzerland and internationally Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts Ensure accurate technical documentation and full compliance with service and quality standards Your Profile Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Technology, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field Strong expertise in RF technology, communications engineering, and complex technical systems 3-5 years of experience in technical service, field service, customer support, or after-sales management Hands-on mentality, with a readiness to perform customer interventions and troubleshooting on-site Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and cultures Structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work Fluent in German and English; French and/or Arabic considered an advantage Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally We offer you The opportunity to play an active and meaningful role in shaping the future of our globally active company and to develop yourself within the company.
