Service Professional - Pest Control

Key Responsibilities: Create our customer’s first-impression experience Exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products Educate customers on pest prevention and recommend necessary actions to keep their properties pest-free. Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers Follow a daily schedule (route), insuring timely arrival at each account Follow all safety protocols and comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control Stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques, products, and safety standards Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations Maintain and clean pest control equipment and company vehicle Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity Other tasks as assigned by management Requirements Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required The ideal candidate will have boundless energy and enthusiasm Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service Highly motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a team Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and confined spaces Must have a current and valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen Able to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed Benefits Routed from Home - You are provided a VEHICLE, and a GAS Card!
