Service Sales Engineer

The Impact You'll Make Danfoss is looking for a Service Sales Engineer in the Power Electronics and Drives segment to develop and grow our service and spare parts business across Poland. You will work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, provide technical and commercial support, and help customers get the most value from their installed equipment. You will be part of the Partner Sales team and report to the Partner Sales Manager Poland. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise and commercial mindset to build long-term customer relationships, drive business growth, and make a visible impact on our service business in Poland. What You’ll Be Doing Grow service and spare parts sales across Poland through direct customer engagement and collaboration with channel partners Prepare commercial offers and provide technical guidance to help customers identify the right service solutions Build and maintain customer relationships through regular customer visits and meetings across Poland Execute sales activities, support pricing initiatives, and contribute to achieving agreed business goals Work closely with the Partner Sales Manager Poland and channel partners to support business plans and partner development activities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably within automation, drives, or a related field At least 3 years of sales experience, knowledge of the Polish market and ideally experience working with a partner network in Poland Enjoyment of working with people, ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization, and a can-do mentality Fluent Polish and very good English language skills (minimum B2 level) Willingness to travel nationally (category B driving license, company car will be provided) What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
