Key Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on expertise in CGL mechanical systems & preventive maintenance.
Strong problem-solving & breakdown handling skills.
Knowledge of process parameters, equipment, and safety standards.
Team leadership & shift management abilities.
Familiarity with ERP/maintenance reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mechanical maintenance of the Continuous Galvalume Line or Color Coating Line
Ensure smooth operation, timely breakdown resolution, and preventive maintenance .
Coordinate with production & electrical teams for optimized performance .
Implement maintenance improvements, cost reduction & safety compliance .
Supervise and train technicians for skill development and efficiency .
