Job Responsibilities:
Supervise site workers and daily construction activities
Allocate manpower and materials efficiently
Ensure work quality and adherence to schedules
Coordinate with Site Engineer for instructions and updates
Enforce safety rules and proper housekeeping
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Foreman
Strong leadership and manpower handling skills
Knowledge of civil and finishing works
UAE Driving License is advantage
Monthly Salary Budget:
AED 2,000 to AED 3,000/- plus other benefits
