Site Manager (RE:GEN Midlands)

Job Summary The Site Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient day-to-day delivery of construction projects, ensuring works are completed to programme, budget and quality requirements. The role leads site teams and subcontractors, maintains high standards of health, safety and quality, and ensures compliance with Building Regulations, Planning requirements, CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act. The Site Manager acts as the primary site-based leader, driving operational performance and customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
