 The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Strategic HR & Business Partnering, the Skills & Capability Transformation Lead will shape Teciem's future workforce capability agenda.
Working at the intersection of business strategy, workforce planning, capability development, and technology transformation, you will help identify the skills and capabilities needed for future success, ensuring our workforce remains competitive, agile, and ready for growth.
You will partner with senior leaders, SMEs, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to define capability priorities, inform build-buy-borrow talent decisions, and deliver scalable solutions that improve organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Skills Strategy & Workforce Capability
Develop and evolve Teciem's enterprise skills and capability strategy aligned to business priorities.
Build skills intelligence frameworks using workforce, market, and business data to identify capability gaps and future talent risks.
Translate strategic priorities into workforce readiness plans and capability roadmaps.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on build, buy, and borrow capability decisions.
Use workforce insights and market trends to inform investment and capability priorities.
Capability Development & Learning
Design and deliver scalable capability solutions across technical, commercial, and leadership disciplines.
Create capability pathways and development experiences that accelerate workforce readiness and business performance.
Build and nurture communities of practice that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Define and measure capability outcomes, adoption, and business impact.
Stakeholder Engagement & Transformation
Partner with senior leaders, technical experts, Sales Enablement, and HR teams to drive capability initiatives.
Facilitate workforce and capability planning discussions with commercial insight and data-driven recommendations.
Communicate priorities, recommendations, and trade-offs effectively across stakeholders.
