Job Summary
Position Title: Slicer
Reports to: Store Manager
As a Slicer, you are the foundation of Paper Plate’s operation and our most important face to the world. Your primary mission is to serve a best-in-class guest experience, by delivering great product quality, building and engaging in the local community, and turning guest into returning friends. You do all this by living our mantra: "Serving the community on a paper plate. Pizza included."
Key Responsibilities
Product Quality: Ensuring a consistently high level of product quality and strict adherence to hygiene standards, through leading by example and training of the team
Guest Experience: Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction on a daily basis by building a local community in your store, turning returning guests into returning friends.
Hygiene: Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards by following Paper Plates cleaning SOP’s and guidelines
