Design reusable frontend components that can be integrated across our medical imaging applications.
Contribute hands-on to prototypes, reference implementations and technically complex product development.
Analyse and optimize rendering performance, responsiveness, memory consumption and user interaction latency.
Identify CPU, GPU, browser and network bottlenecks and translate findings into architectural and implementation improvements.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks and rendering approaches.
Establish technical guidelines for component design, state management, rendering, testing and performance measurement.
Define measurable performance targets and ensure that these are validated through automated tests and representative datasets.
Work closely with software engineers, UX designers, product management and clinical stakeholders to translate workflow requirements into effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with architects and development teams across locations to ensure alignment with the overall Enterprise Imaging architecture.
Create and maintain architecture decisions, technical guidelines and supporting documentation.
Mentor engineers and support teams in solving complex visualization and performance-related challenges.
