About the Role CTG is seeking a Software Developer to design and lead scalable, secure, mission-driven technical solutions supporting federal modernization initiatives. This role focuses on end-to-end solution architecture across applications, integrations, cloud environments, APIs, and enterprise systems while partnering closely with engineering, product, infrastructure, and delivery teams. You Will Get To Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services Translate business and product requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions Build backend services and APIs using Java, Groovy, Spring Boot, and OpenJDK Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs Work with MySQL and PostgreSQL and implement application integrations and data flows Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver software Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and technical discussions Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, cloud adoption, and application modernization Apply secure coding practices and support performance, scalability, and maintainability Document technical solutions and development processes Who You Are A hands-on software developer who enjoys solving technical problems and building reliable applications Strong in backend development, API development, application integration, and distributed systems Comfortable with modern development frameworks, databases, and cloud technologies A…
