Software Developer

We are a growing, high-performance team in search of a Software Developer who is passionate about technology, loves to learn new things, and takes ownership of the products on which they work. This is a highly collaborative, fully onsite role . Salary range is $100,000-$120,000 depending on experience. Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software using established best practices for creating readable and maintainable code Investigate, prototype, and implement solutions to complex system design challenges Prioritize identifying and resolving bugs to ensure the best user experience Collaborate with product managers and subject-matter experts to define roadmaps and anticipate technical roadblocks Work closely with local and offshore engineering teams to ensure the highest level of code quality Assist with other special projects and duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications & Competencies: At least 3 years of experience in Python (Django, Flask, or other frameworks) and REST APIs Expert-level understanding of databases with an emphasis on SQL Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 5+ years of professional experience developing applications in an Agile environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline Preferred Qualifications & Competencies: Understanding of software design principles and common design patterns Experience building cloud-native solutions (AWS preferred) Experience conducting in-depth code reviews Experience working within complex or enterprise-level software environments Required Soft Skills: Our best team members are natural problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with change and ambiguity.
