Mason's enterprise applications and software products. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in software development on enterprise applications and will be a highly communicative, detail-oriented, career-minded individual with the ability to multitask and work with a cross-functional development team. The successful candidate must be customer service oriented, resourceful, and able to take ownership of assignments through completion. This role includes the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of business applications, web applications, APIs, cloud services, enterprise integrations, ERP solutions, databases, and development automation. The developer will work with business users and technical team members to understand requirements and develop secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions that support company operations and customer-facing products. In addition to application development, this role will participate in the continued modernization of R.E. Mason's software and integration architecture, including Azure cloud services, event-driven integrations, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, data platforms, and other technologies as business needs evolve.
