Build high-quality web applications and enterprise systems using Microsoft .NET and Python technologies. You will work with experienced developers and business partners to create reliable, user-friendly solutions that help clients make confident strategic decisions.
Requirements
What you'll be doing
Design applications around end-user needs and translate business requirements into clear, easy-to-use solutions
Build new applications and enhance existing internal and external-facing products
Contribute to technical design, estimation and delivery planning within a Scrum team
Partner with developers, Business Analysts, Product Managers and customers to agree effective solutions
Maintain strong code quality and test coverage through peer programming, code reviews and automated testing
Monitor post-deployment issues, act on user feedback and provide application support
Promote engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, BDD, TDD and DDD
Support junior team members and contribute to concise technical documentation
What you'll bring
4+ years of hands-on development experience using Microsoft .NET and/or Python to build microservices, web applications or console applications
Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API or .NET Core, plus Flask or FastAPI
Front-end experience with React and Angular
Experience with Entity Framework or another ORM
Experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG, Prompt Flow, Kubernetes, Helm and Elasticsearch or Azure AI Search
Knowledge of Azure services such as Key Vault, App Configuration, virtual networks and API Gateway
Understanding of CI/CD, QA automation and release automation
Experience with testing tools such as MSTest, NUnit, unittest, Jest, mock frameworks, Postman or Newman
Cloud experience, preferably Azure, with AWS or Google Cloud also relevant
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, a NoSQL database and Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM, Bicep or Terraform
Strong OOP foundations, Git knowledge and experience with Visual Studio
Clear communication, sound judgement and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
