The Role We are hiring a C and Pro*C Developer with strong SQL and PL/SQL skills and hands-on experience in Linux, Unix or Tandem environments. This is a backend engineering role working on critical batch and database-driven applications within a major banking platform, where low-level systems knowledge and production reliability are central to the work. What You Will Do Develop and maintain applications using C and Pro*C Build and optimise database-driven applications using SQL and PL/SQL Manage memory, pointers and file I/O operations Work on batch and backend processing systems within a banking environment Collaborate with engineering and business teams on requirement analysis and delivery What You Will Bring Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in C programming and SQL Production experience with Pro*C in a financial or enterprise systems environment Solid hands-on experience in Linux, Unix or Tandem environments Strong grasp of memory management, pointers and low-level file I/O Experience working on batch and backend processing systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills The Details Location: Nicosia, Cyprus. Fully onsite, no remote or hybrid option Hours: 8 hour working day, Monday to Friday Permanent, full time Must be EU and working onsite in Nicosia
