Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 Annually (depending on experience)
ROLE
We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to streamline how our engineering teams build, test, integrate, and deliver products. This role will help evolve our DevSecOps and Platform Engineering strategy, including expanding the use of AI to automate routine tasks, improve developer productivity, and enhance pipeline observability.
Our environment includes tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Gitea, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, DevLake, Grafana, Visual Studio, VS Code, Sigasi, Jama, DOORS, and project‑specific technologies spanning both software and specialized engineering workflows.
The DevSecOps Engineer will work across engineering and IT to reduce friction, strengthen automation, and increase velocity. You’ll identify common challenges, maximize existing tool capabilities, develop reusable solutions, and progressively build a more cohesive, automated, AI‑augmented, and observable engineering ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer with excellent scripting and automation skills, practical DevSecOps experience, and the ability to work across diverse technical environments. Your solutions will directly improve how dozens of engineers build and deliver products.

Scale good ideas: Identify improvements in one project that can benefit other teams, then turn them into reusable tools, processes, or platforms.
Improve reliability: Diagnose complex cross-system problems, fix root causes, and prevent recurring issues.
Measure improvement: Establish useful metrics and observability around system health, delivery performance, and developer productivity.
Advance our capabilities: Evaluate new technologies and practical applications of tools such as AI that can improve engineering productivity.
Develop training: Create clear, practical training materials and sessions to help engineers adopt tools, automation, and best practices.
Continuously improve: Use data, feedback, and lessons learned to determine what we should improve next.
