About the Role As a Software Engineering Intern at ENFOS , you will work alongside experienced engineers building and modernizing an enterprise SaaS platform used to manage complex environmental and financial obligations. This is a hands-on engineering internship. You will contribute to real product development and may work across frontend applications, backend services, APIs, data processing, document management, AI-enabled capabilities, or platform infrastructure depending on your technical strengths and current product initiatives. You will participate in the same engineering practices used by our development teams, including design discussions, implementation, code reviews, testing, and iterative delivery, and gain experience building reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise software. We are looking for interns who have strong computer science fundamentals, enjoy solving difficult problems, and are comfortable learning beyond a single technology stack . How We Work: Agile development : Work in two-week sprints with clear goals, ownership, collaboration, and rapid iteration. Engineering quality : Build production-quality software with an emphasis on clean architecture, automated testing, code reviews, security, performance, and long-term maintainability. Modern technology stack : Gain hands-on experience across our technology stack, including Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, WebSockets, GitLab, Docker, Ansible, and CI/CD, as well as modern AI-assisted development tools. End-to-end engineering : Depending on the project, work across frontend, backend, APIs, data, AI-enabled capabilities, and platform services rather than being limited to a single area of the technology stack.
