Based on recognized testing principles, we have established a solid test process framework and are now fully engaged in implementing it across the organization. Therefore, we are looking for a Software Test Manager who can bridge the gap between theory and practice. You will be a key player in ensuring that our processes are translated into concrete practices and implemented with a strong focus on delivering real value to both product teams and the System Test function for which we are responsible. In this role, you will act as a coach in our products' transformation journey while actively contributing to the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our System Test suite, with a particular focus on automation. We expect you to be hands-on and capable of stepping into the role of Test Manager within our software department, supporting teams in testing practices and demonstrating how effective testing contributes to the quality of our software products. As we continue to gain experience, there will be an ongoing need to innovate and optimize our test process framework, including the adoption and use of AI.
