Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-facing Solution Architect to join our EMEA Field Engineering team, based in the United Kingdom. This is a senior, dual-track role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic field enablement. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and our Sales Engineering (SE) community — bridging the gap between cutting-edge innovation and real-world customer needs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Role Focus 50% — Technical Depth: Cloud, Network & Data Security You will serve as a recognised expert in security architecture, with a particular focus on Security Service Edge (SSE) and cloud-delivered security frameworks. Your technical responsibilities include: Design and deliver compelling, hands-on proof-of-concept demos and technical use cases that showcase the capabilities of our platform across SSE, SASE, Web Proxy,  ZTNA, CASB, and DLP scenarios. Act as the primary technical feedback loop between the field and internal teams — systematically collecting, synthesising, and reporting customer and partner insights to Product Management and Engineering. Collaborate closely with PM and Engineering to influence product roadmap priorities based on EMEA market signals, competitive dynamics, and customer pain points. Keep the SE team current on new product innovations, feature releases, and roadmap developments — acting as a trusted internal technical advisor.
