How You Will Make an Impact Frida is seeking a Sourcing Manager, Formulation to join our Operations team based in Miami, FL. Reporting to the Director of Sourcing, Formulation & Consumables, this role will help build and scale Frida’s supplier network and sourcing capability for formulated products, identifying and developing contract manufacturing partners that can support products from formulation and commercialization through scaled production. The ideal candidate brings experience within personal care, beauty, OTC, consumer health, or similar formulated consumer products and combines strong commercial judgment with enough technical fluency to evaluate manufacturing capabilities, identify risks, and make informed sourcing decisions.
