Job Overview
The Sourcing and Procurement Analyst II will independently manage EMEA and Americas e-sourcing activities and support contract management for the ACL sector. The role owns complex RFQs end-to-end, from preparation and supplier engagement through commercial evaluation, savings identification, negotiation support, and sourcing recommendation. The position is expected to operate with limited supervision using Jaggaer, GEP, or similar digital platforms.
Job Requirements
• Independently manage RFQ/RFP events end-to-end using Jaggaer, GEP, or similar e-sourcing tools • Prepare RFQ packages, launch events, manage timelines, and drive actions to closure • Coordinate directly with suppliers to clarify requirements and secure complete, timely quotations • Perform commercial analysis and bid comparisons across key price and commercial parameters • Identify savings opportunities, commercial risks, and negotiation levers • Develop sourcing recommendations for commodity managers and relevant stakeholders • Support negotiations with fact-based analysis and supplier quotation insights • Manage multiple complex/high-value sourcing events with limited supervision and strong process discipline • Support contract documentation, validity tracking, renewals, compliance, and accurate contract records • Support GEP implementation/adoption and collaborate with EMEA & Americas stakeholders • Maintain savings documentation and support procurement reporting, audit, and cross-functional coordination
What your background should look like
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • 5+ years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience; direct material or manufacturing sourcing preferred • Demonstrated experience independently managing RFQs/RFPs through quotation evaluation and sourcing recommendation • Strong commercial analysis, supplier bid comparison, savings identification, and negotiation-support skills • Experience with e-sourcing platforms (Jaggaer, GEP, Ariba, or similar) and supplier contract tracking • Strong English communication, analytical, stakeholder-management, and data-accuracy skills
Skills:
• Ability to manage complex sourcing events and competing priorities with limited supervision • Strong commercial judgment and ability to convert supplier data into actionable sourcing recommendations • Ability to work effectively with commodity managers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Working familiarity with contract lifecycle processes and digital sourcing/GEP adoption • High ownership, attention to detail, and adherence to sourcing and compliance requirements
