Program Highlights:
Duration: 10 weeks (or longer)
Rotations: Experience multiple facets of site development through rotations in departments like project management, field, safety, and estimating.
Mentorship: Dedicated mentors from each department will guide and support interns, providing career advice and feedback.
Project Participation: Contribute to current projects, gaining valuable experience and seeing the impact of your work firsthand.
Professional Development: Attend workshops, training sessions, and guest speaker events on relevant topics like leadership, communication, and technical skills.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with industry professionals and build valuable relationships for future career opportunities.
Target Applicants:
Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in civil engineering, construction management, surveying, environmental science, or related fields.
Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in site development.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
