Customer Care – Spanish Speaker – Onsite (Athens, Greece) Location: Athens, Greece (Onsite) Start Dates: June & July 2026 Work Model: Onsite – Relocation to Greece required About the Role Join a leading international digital environment as a Spanish-speaking Customer Care Representative based in Athens. In this role, you will support users through multiple communication channels, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. Responsibilities Support customers via phone, email, and chat Assist users with inquiries, account issues, and general support Provide high-quality customer service and problem resolution Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation Work efficiently within a dynamic international team Ensure customer satisfaction and positive user experience Requirements Spanish: C2 / Native level English: B2 minimum Strong communication and customer service skills Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Greece Working Schedule Full-time position (8h/day) Rotational 8-hour shifts Shifts communicated in advance 2 rotating days off per week Salary & Benefits Base salary: €1,045.72 gross/month Food allowance Productivity bonus Salary progression: €1,100 after 12 months €1,150 after 36 months International and multicultural work environment Relocation Package Flight ticket within the EU 2 weeks hotel accommodation upon arrival Airport pick-up Real estate agency fees covered Company-assisted housing support Accommodation provided in central locations close to the office Interested?
