Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. Position Summary This role reports directly to the Director of Engineering. The Reliability Specialist is responsible for championing new programs such as Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, technical projects, and process reliability improvements. This role is also responsible for aiding and supervising capital projects between $10,000-$3,000,000. This includes approving work permits, inspecting job sites for safety and conformance to design specifications and project scope. This role facilitates troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) sessions for complex engineering and process issues and failures. The Reliability Specialist aids in the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement strategies. The Reliability Specialist also contributes to HAZOP, FMEA, and maintainability and reliability analysis for new projects.  Committed to achieving excellence in quality, environmental, health and safety.   Technical Responsibilities …
