Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs. Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings. Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development. Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.
