Within HR, the People Analytics team transforms workforce data into meaningful insights that help leaders understand trends, make informed decisions, and improve business and talent outcomes. Develop workforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide timely and actionable insights. Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends, employee experience, talent, and organizational effectiveness. Participate in research activities, including data collection, literature reviews, analysis, and the development of findings and recommendations.
