Role Overview: Support policy development and maintenance activities, ensuring policies are current, accessible, and effectively communicated across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and updating data governance policies Conduct research on best practices and regulatory requirements Support policy gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing frameworks Support and coordinate policy adoption initiatives and change management across NHG Support stakeholder consultations and feedback collection Maintain policy documentation and version control systems Coordinate policy review processes and approval workflows Assist in developing policy communication materials and training resources Monitor policy compliance and gather feedback for improvements Support the Senior Manager in policy analysis and development projects
