Sr Executive

Job Objective To support the end-to-end execution of Merchant POS Sound Box operations through effective office coordination, internal communication, data management, and operational tracking, ensuring smooth deployment and merchant support. Key Responsibilities 1. Office Operations Manage daily operational reports related to sound box deployment, activation, and inventory Maintain accurate records of merchant onboarding, device allocation, and activation status Track stock movement (inward/outward), replacements, and returns 2. Internal and External Coordination Coordinate with Bank and RM, logistics, warehouse, and technical support teams Act as a bridge between sales, operations, and backend teams Share daily/weekly updates, and execution status with stakeholders Follow up on pending activations, inactive devices, and issue closures Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors for device dispatch and recovery Support billing, reconciliation, and partner documentation 3. Process Execution & Monitoring Monitor installation-to-activation timelines and escalate delays Track merchant complaints and coordinate resolution with support teams 4. Reporting & MIS Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers Submit periodic reports to managers and leadership Timely and accurate MIS reporting Reduction in activation delays Issue resolution turnaround time Data accuracy and compliance adherence
