Sr Fullstack Engineer - Capacity & Matching Consultant - (remote - Brazil)

Engagement Overview Inflect is engaging an independent Sr Fullstack Engineer - Capacity & Matching Consultant in Brazil through Rippling (acting as Contractor of Record), who will serve as the primary advisor for the Gateway and Capacity Matching cluster within the Intelligence Engine. This is an autonomous, high-impact consulting engagement focused on building and maintaining the full-stack matching-to-transaction spine, algorithmic confidence scoring, cost optimization logic, and gateway service infrastructure. Working as an external subject matter expert, you will provide technical execution across the coupled Gateway and Capacity Matching surface while serving as cross-coverage backup owner for the RouteFinder and Site Prover cluster, ensuring core platform intelligence runs with high availability, accuracy, and automated resiliency. Specialized Technical Capabilities Required Full-Stack Engineering Mastery: 7–10 years of professional full-stack engineering expertise, with deep production proficiency in Go (backend services) and React/TypeScript (frontend interfaces). Algorithmic & Gateway Architecture: Applied experience designing, building, and tuning algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation frameworks, combined with API gateway and integration-heavy backend architectures. Data & Cloud Substrate: Hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgres), cloud deployments (AWS), event-driven messaging, and integrating data pipelines. Cross-Border Async Collaboration: Fluent professional English communication skills for effective cross-border async collaboration, code reviews, and daily alignment across Brazil, Poland, and US time zones. Scope of Services & Project Deliverables Gateway & Capacity Matching Delivery: Architect, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and React/TypeScript surfaces for Capacity Matching and the Inflect Gateway as one coupled surface.
