About the role Network Design & Optimization (NDO) is a highly cross-functional, strategic, and instrumental function within Gatik. The team is responsible for planning and maintaining networks / routes for Gatik’s Autonomous Vehicles (AVs). The NDO team provides the critical link between business and technical functions within Gatik. The team collaborates across various functions including Commercial, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Product. We are looking for an individual to become an integral part of this team. The individual will be responsible for leveraging their strong quantitative, strategic thinking and creative skills to help Gatik scale Freight-Only Operations and meet rising demands of our customers. The individual will work across functions, and enable the NDO team in meeting its broad mandate. In this role, your learning, growth and responsibility will be directly influenced by you. What you'll do Collaborate with a team of business, technical, product and operations individuals to design and optimize Gatik’s Autonomous Networks. Drive the implementation and scaling of tools, capabilities, and processes necessary to achieve goals of the NDO team. Analyze the network data of customers and prepare optimized networks and corresponding commercial proposals Structure complex problems, analyze large amounts of data, and deliver insights and recommendations to the Gatik leadership team.
