We are seeking a dynamic Mechanical Engineer/Program Manager to oversee and manage the design, development, and execution of innovative mechanical engineering projects. In this hybrid role, you will combine deep technical expertise in mechanical engineering with strong program management skills, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver mechanical systems and solutions that align with organizational goals. Your ability to lead, communicate, and problem-solve will be key to the success of both the engineering and operational aspects of the program. The role reports directly to the Director of Product and maintains proactive, frequent and open communication. Mechanical Engineering Design & Development: Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems, components, and subsystems, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards. Develop detailed 3D models, CAD drawings, and prototypes for mechanical systems, including mechanisms, thermal systems, structural components, and assemblies. Perform engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and fluid flow analysis, to validate designs and ensure performance, safety, and reliability. Work closely with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, manufacturing) to ensure integration of mechanical components with other systems. Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting, providing corrective actions for any issues that arise during design, testing, or production.
