Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. OT Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic System Solution team. This position is ideal for a candidate a hands-on network professional with strong OT and enterprise networking experience, proven ability to work in manufacturing environments, and a collaborative approach to supporting both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for onsite serves as a key technical resource and liaison between IT and plant engineering to ensure OT network solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with zero unplanned downtime. Requirements Essential Functions: Description / Essential Functions: Serve as the onsite network engineer for OT-related initiatives Lead the deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure. Support the design and implementation of secure, resilient network architectures for industrial and manufacturing environments. Ensure OT cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into network solutions, including segmentation, IDMZ, and access control practices. Provide escalation support for network incidents and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors as needed. Assist with network standards, implementation practices, and documentation for OT environments. Mentor and train local IT support teams and operational staff on OT network fundamentals and troubleshooting. Contribute to project planning, cutovers, maintenance activities, and operational readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and production requirements into effective network solutions.
