As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for leading project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule performance across complex engineering and construction projects. You will work closely with Project Controls, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and external contractors to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules that support successful project execution. In this role, you will lead planning and scheduling activities, ensure adherence to Hatch project controls standards and best practices, and provide guidance and mentorship to members of the planning team. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop project planning and scheduling personnel. Assign and manage planning resources to meet project objectives and deliverables. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to strengthen team capabilities. Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Project Planning & Schedule Development Develop, maintain, and manage project master schedules throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate planning workshops and schedule review meetings with project stakeholders. Establish project baselines and critical path schedules. Develop and maintain Level 1, 2, and 3 schedules as required. Identify and incorporate key engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and vendor milestones. Support schedule risk assessments and integrate approved mitigation measures and contingencies into project plans. Maintain schedule basis documentation and planning assumptions. Schedule Monitoring & Controls Monitor project performance against approved baselines and identify schedule risks, trends, and opportunities.
