Hardware & software integration: Drive product improvements across both software interfaces (job dispatch, telestation capabilities) and physical hardware integrations. Stakeholder communication: Act as the central node between Engineering, Operations, Safety, Program, internal leadership, and external customers, providing clear updates on feature development, release management, and market readiness. Travel: Up to 25% travel required to visit Kodiak commercial deployment locations to listen to customers and gather direct operational feedback.
