The Project Controls/Project Analyst role provides comprehensive support to Project Managers by overseeing project scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, reporting, documentation, and financial analysis throughout the project lifecycle. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, monitoring project performance, identifying risks and variances, and preparing detailed cost and schedule reports to support effective decision-making. The role ensures compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements while maintaining accurate project records and managing change documentation. In addition, the position serves as a key liaison among project teams, stakeholders, contractors, and leadership by providing timely communication on project status, financial performance, risks, and forecast accuracy. The role supports project closeout activities, procurement and contracting functions, data management, dashboard reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Utilizing project management and financial systems, the Project Analyst delivers actionable insights, maintains data integrity, and helps drive successful project execution, operational efficiency, and achievement of business objectives. LOCATION: Hybrid – Fresno, CA (1-2 times per week) Pay Range: $58.27 - $87.40 Responsibilities Schedule Development and Analysis: In coordination with Project Manager, develop project schedule and cash flow/forecast plans with functional department input.
