Start your Voyage – Apply Now Get to Know the Opportunity: The Sr Recordkeeper provides service and administrative support to larger and more complex defined contribution plan clients. This role is responsible for processing transactions, resolving client inquiries, reconciling plan balances, maintaining trustee relationships, and ensuring the accurate administration of retirement plan services. The Contributions You’ll Make: Respond to client requests for information and provide exceptional service support. Resolve administrative and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company and client standards. Process plan valuation transactions, including withdrawals, required minimum distributions (RMDs), and termination distributions. Reconcile trust accounting and recordkeeping systems at the plan level. Reconcile plan balances to trust balances through daily balancing, adjustment analysis, reconciliation reporting, and transaction-level analysis as needed. Format, prepare, and distribute reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Participate in client meetings and conference calls, as appropriate. Maintain and strengthen trustee and client relationships. Discuss plan design considerations, trust reconciliation matters, and available service solutions with clients and stakeholders. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of recordkeeping experience supporting defined contribution retirement plans.
