Overview As the S enio r Software Engineer for Scout Motors ’ digital products on the Aftersales team , you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our AI-powered operational intelligence systems, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust solutions that power intelligent scheduling, diagnostics, and service optimization capabilities across our digital ecosystem . Some of the key products as part of the digital portfolio include intelligent service scheduling, predictive diagnostics, vehicle health monitoring, and AI-driven service recommendations. At the same time, you ’ ll have plenty of opportunities to be hands-on building key systems that bring machine learning models into production at scale and will be directly responsible for the successful delivery of complex and large-scale technical efforts, as well as acting as a technical mentor and leader for other engineers .
