Role Description: Sr. Solutions Architect - EST Zone. Role Purpose: Wasabi is looking for a Sr. Solutions Architect with experience in AWS or other public cloud object storage platforms to join our fast-moving and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity to use your storage, networking, and cloud experience while working with technology that operates at a large scale. You’ll partner with talented teams across Wasabi to design solutions, support deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and help customers get the most out of our services. You’ll also have the chance to work closely with S3-based storage, share new ideas, simplify complex problems, and help improve how we work. Responsibilities : Partner with customers and channel partners to understand their technical needs and design cloud storage solutions that support their business goals. Serve as a technical resource throughout the sales process, including solution design, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer workshops. Help customers integrate Wasabi with public cloud platforms, applications, backup solutions, and other technologies using S3 and related APIs. Troubleshoot storage, networking, security, and integration issues while working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams. Create technical documentation, best practices, and repeatable solutions that make implementations easier for customers and partners. Stay current on cloud storage technologies and industry trends, and bring customer feedback back to internal teams to help improve the product and customer experience. Requirements : 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, Support Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
