Position: Product Development – Sr.Executive / Executive Department: Product Development Reporting to: AGM Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full Time Grade: Sr.Executive / Executive(2 – 5 Years Experience) Role Overview The Product Development – Executive role presents an exciting opportunity to lead formulation development for new pharmaceutical products, from project initiation through scale-up. Responsibilities include designing and executing lab trials, ensuring formulations are safe, standard and stable, and compiling development documentation including the Common Technical Document (CTD). The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, with an M.Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy qualification and strong cross-functional coordination skills. A Challenging Task Work as Project Leader to design and execute key formulations for new products. Execute projects within scheduled timelines. Take all measures to develop safe, standard and stable formulations. Initiate all activities required for starting a project. Prepare and review various development documents, and check and review applicable documents. Design and take formulation trials in the lab, evaluating in-process changes and results, and take necessary actions to improve product quality. Work as a team member during scale-up activity, and provide technical inputs and support during trouble-shooting. Who We Are Looking For A strong project leader who can design and drive formulation development from concept to scale-up. An individual skilled in lab-scale trials, in-process evaluation, and troubleshooting. A professional with disciplined documentation practices, including CTD compilation. Someone comfortable co-ordinating with QA, QC, R&D, and other departments on project queries. A proactive team player with strong technical and organizational skills. A Convincing Background 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation / product development. M.Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy qualification. Hands-on experience designing and executing lab and scale-up formulation trials. Experience preparing and compiling applicable parts of the CTD. Strong understanding of safe, stable and standard formulation development practices. Experience indenting raw materials, equipment, instruments and spare parts for development projects. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
