What You'll Be Doing Design and build scalable, secure, highly available AWS infrastructure for our critical systems, with automation at the center and uptime and reliability as the goal. Partner with developers on architecture decisions to improve the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of our servers and applications. Keep us secure by default: tackle vulnerabilities early and raise our cybersecurity readiness. Be the last line of support for services our customers depend on 24/7. You'll troubleshoot on-call incidents, join a weekly on-call rotation, and lead Root Cause Analysis so the same problem doesn't come back. Build the tools and automation other engineers use every day, and mentor DevOps engineers and teams across the company. Help us bring AI into our DevOps and SRE workflows. We're redesigning how every role works with AI, and this one is no exception. What We're Looking For You may be a good fit if you have the following: 7+ years in an Ops, DevOps, or SRE role, with real system design and architecture experience Hands-on AWS experience (IAM, VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail), including multi-account management, permissions structures, and SSO. Azure or GCP experience is welcome too. Engineer-level knowledge of networking and security, plus a solid grasp of load balancing fundamentals Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with Terraform, working as part of a multi-user infrastructure team Experience with CI/CD and build/deploy automation tooling (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, GitOps) Experience running enterprise monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog A…
