Who you’ll report to: Director of Engineering Location:   Bangaluru, India office (Onsite) You will make an impact by being responsible for: Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performance-oriented features using modern back-end technologies. Focusing on consistent delivery of software and systems that move the company towards achieving short and long-term objectives Build prototypes to explore new scenarios and optimizations of existing solutions. Work with stakeholders to perform root-cause analysis & figure out solution approaches Review design, code and approve solution approaches. Ability and willingness to work alone on projects in a self-directed and mature manner Provide career guidance and mentoring for all team members & assist manager with reviews. Translate requirements into technical solutions and seamless user experiences Working closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineers, SDET and Support organizations to deliver industry-leading features to the market.
